LeadPilot collects the details submitted through demo forms, setup enquiry forms, checkout, onboarding, support requests, and embedded website widgets. This can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, business details, website URLs, requirements, budgets, timelines, source attribution, and campaign metadata.

We use this information to qualify enquiries, show leads in the relevant customer dashboard, provide widget setup and integration support, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve campaign attribution, and maintain the service.

LeadPilot may process enquiry text with AI models to generate replies, summarize requirements, score lead quality, and prepare follow-up context. AI output is used to assist the customer workflow and should be reviewed by the business before relying on it for final commercial decisions.
