Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your LeadPilot subscription and when refunds apply.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the LeadPilot Managed Monthly subscription (₹4,999/month) purchased through LeadPilot at https://leadpilotnow.com and billed through our payment processor, Razorpay.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@leadpilotnow.com from your registered address, or by requesting cancellation through support. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals; your dashboard and widget remain active until the end of the billing month you have already paid for.

Refunds on monthly fees

Because each month covers a configured and managed service (widget setup, ongoing AI processing, dashboard access, and support), monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law or as described below.

When we do issue refunds

We will refund or reverse charges in the case of duplicate or clearly erroneous payments, a renewal charged after a timely cancellation request, or a newly started subscription where the core setup was not delivered and you contact support@leadpilotnow.com within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are granted in good faith after a short review.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect them.
