Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LeadPilot, an AI lead concierge service available at https://leadpilotnow.com. By starting a subscription, submitting an enquiry, or installing the LeadPilot widget, you agree to these terms. LeadPilot is provided by an independent sole proprietor based in India.

LeadPilot qualifies website and campaign enquiries, captures requirements, and gives each customer a private dashboard of scored leads, with optional WhatsApp, CRM, or calendar handoff. The service is intended for service businesses and their operators, not for consumer product or job-seeking use.

You must be a business owner or an authorised operator and must provide accurate setup information. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard and integration credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

LeadPilot Managed Monthly is offered on a recurring monthly basis at ₹4,999/month, billed through our payment processor, Razorpay. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically each month using your selected payment method. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current paid month. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to use LeadPilot for unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity, and to comply with the policies of connected platforms such as Google, Meta or WhatsApp, and Razorpay. You may not resell or provide the service to third parties without written consent.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process the enquiry and end-user data captured through your LeadPilot widget and forms.

LeadPilot relies on third-party providers for payments, messaging, integrations, hosting, and AI processing. Your use of those connected services is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI-generated output assists your workflow and should be reviewed before you rely on it for commercial decisions. We do not guarantee any specific lead volume, conversion rate, or business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the one month before the claim arose.

We may update the service or these terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice through the site or by email, and continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for any dispute arising from them.
